The golden clocks ( a total of eight) that have appeared in some of the most important and well known parts of Bucharest ( for example Cismigiu & Herastrau Parks, Revolution Square) are beautiful and decorative. But are they absolutely necessary in these days of crisis ?
This is the question many of the Bucharest citizens would like to ask the representatives of the local administration .
