Bucharest Atheneum in Winter

The Atheneum is a landmark of Bucharest; was opened in 1888 and nowadays it is a host for concerts and other cultural events.

In the park in front of the Atheneum stands as a “guardian angel” the statue of the Romanian national poet Mihai Eminescu.
