I do hope you will be able to preserve as much as possible of the charm of old Bucharest. I’ve seen photos of some “quartiers” before… and they were very charming. I have old Romanian friends who still remember the atmosphere in those old streets where people would meet unconventionnally, nobody talked about “socialising” then, it was a way of living!
